Room to rent

Hello room seeker, I am looking for a roommate over 20 years old from September 1 to February 1 (2025/2026), for 6 months. The total rent for the room is €360,- (including all utilities) per month. You will live together with me in a row house, I am still studying in Groningen. The living room, kitchen, and toilet/shower are shared. It is a cozy house. The living room is a nice place, furnished. The kitchen and utility room are complete, including a dishwasher and washing machine. The house is neat and clean. There is a wardrobe and a table in the bedroom, which can be used. A bed is also still available (not visible in the photo).
