We're offering a large room (17m2) in our house on the 3rd floor! The room is furnished with a 180 king-sized Auping bed (which is equipped with an electric slatted base), wardrobe, (study) table & a chair. There are curtains, black-out rollers and sun-blocking window blinds present for the ultimate comfort and sleep :) Electricity, internet, water, gas, garbage and other taxes are included in the rental price. The bathroom, kitchen and living-room will be shared with you and 3 more people (us and one more tenant). The house is 2 minutes cycling to the Heights and Action, 4 minutes to the station and 6 minutes to Saxion Hogeschool. Our house is quite sustainable and we're too.
