And there is the possibility to book a private dining room. Outside there is a central collection point for household waste. The studios are upholstered and furnished: - Curtains, closet with mirror and a desk with chair - Kitchenette with 2 burner ceramic hob, combi microwave and fridge - Bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin - Double bed with mattress This is an independent student room on the 3rd floor *Conditions and extra costs: · We only rent to students. If you are no longer a student, you have to leave within 6 months. · Rental is for students for a fixed period of six months and can not be terminated prematurely · Sublease is not allowed and is actively checked.
