The house is located southwest of Maastricht and is about a 2-minute bike ride from Maastricht station and FHML. The Lidl is also just around the corner. It is close to the city and perfectly and quietly located. The house contains a total of 3 bedrooms plus a kitchen, bathroom, toilet, living room, cellar, and a large garden. There is also a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, and 2 refrigerators + freezer. The rooms are available for an indefinite period. The rooms vary from 15 to 20 m2, and the price for these ranges from €615 to €655 including utilities and internet.
