🌿 **[SUBLET ROOM IN AMSTERDAM NORTH - JULY & AUGUST]** 🌿 I'm going back to Vietnam for the summer and looking for someone to sublet my room in **Amsterdam Noord** for **2 months, available immediately. **Please see the details below: **🏠 About the Room:** ● Spacious **18m²** room with a **large window**, super chill and full of natural light. ● Comes with **a private toilet** and a **large sink** inside the room - convenient for brushing teeth and personal hygiene. ● Located on the **second floor** of a 2-storey house: ○ This is the **only bedroom on the second floor**, so you'll **mostly have the entire floor to yourself**. ○ There's also a **shared laundry and drying room** on the same floor. ● **Kitchen and living room** are on the ground floor - spacious, cozy, and always **clean** (the landlord cleans every day). **👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 About the House & Landlords:** the house has **4 bedrooms** in total, but **2 of them will also be vacant during the summer** (ideal if you're looking to rent as a group). ● The other room is used by the **landlords - a kind and friendly Asian couple**, always helpful and respectful of privacy. ● Even though it's a shared house, I've always felt **comfortable and at ease** living here. **📌 Requirements:** ● **Female tenant** only (sorry, due to my landlord's requirement - Asian preferred), clean and tidy. ● **No smoking** or drugs. ● **Rental period:** Entire **July and August** (with possible extension to early September). ● **Rent:** **€750/month**, **negotiable**. ● **No registration** (since it's a sublet).
