Room to rent

Due to my study in South Africa, I'm looking for a nice roommate for my housemate. In principle, I am looking for someone for a year, with the possibility of extension. You will be living with a super nice guy of 27 years who works as a gym teacher at an elementary school, is sporty, does things with friends, but also enjoys cooking/eating/sports together. The apartment is small but fully equipped (living room, kitchen with dishwasher, bathroom and spacious bedroom of approximately 14 square meters). Since I will be studying abroad, I am renting out the room furnished, so there will already be a double bed, bedside table, two pax wardrobes, a bookshelf, and a drawer cabinet in the room.
