Dear tenants, From 01-08-2025, I have a spacious, renovated room available in the Overvecht neighborhood. There is a bathroom with a toilet and a separate kitchen (with a refrigerator) where you can cook using an electric stove. The room itself is approximately 19 square meters. Bathroom and kitchen approximately 3.50 square meters. The price includes gas, water, electricity, and internet. Please note that the deposit is 500 EUROS.
