The location is ideal for students who wish to live independently while still having the vibrancy of the city within reach. Room 2 is located on the first floor and has a spacious area of approximately 17.62 m², while Room 5 is on the second floor with an area of 13.44 m². Both rooms are suitable for use as living and sleeping areas and offer plenty of daylight thanks to large windows. The property is shared with a total of five housemates. You will co-use a fully equipped kitchen, a neat bathroom, and a separate toilet. The rental price for Room 2 is €660, including an advance of €90 for gas, water, and electricity. The rental price for Room 5 is €610, also including an advance of €90 for gas, water, and electricity. Due to the high number of applications, we cannot respond to everyone.
