De Walskamer is a six-story apartment complex with a total of 20 apartments and 2 maisonettes. Via the lift you reach the three-room corner apartment on the first floor. The residence is oriented on two sides, allowing daylight to benefit the living room from two sides and offering a beautiful view of the green garden around the building. Thanks to the large glass facade in the living room, indoor and outdoor spaces almost seamlessly blend into each other. The private outdoor space is located to the south - an ideal spot for sun lovers. The Boterfabriek dates back to 1881 and is one of the oldest factories in Nijmegen. It is currently undergoing complete revitalization while preserving its cultural historical value to which fresh, contemporary new construction is added.
