De Walskamer is a six-story apartment complex with a total of 20 apartments and 2 maisonettes. Through the elevator, you can reach the two-room corner apartment on the first floor. The apartment is oriented on two sides, allowing the living room to benefit from daylight on two sides and offering a beautiful view of the green garden surrounding the building. Thanks to the large glass facade in the living room, the indoor and outdoor areas nearly blend seamlessly. The bathroom is directly accessible from the bedroom, providing a comfortable and luxurious living experience. The private outdoor space faces north – a nice, sheltered spot on warm days. The Boterfabriek dates back to 1881 and is one of the oldest factories in Nijmegen. It is currently undergoing complete revitalization, preserving its cultural and historical value while incorporating fresh, contemporary new construction.
