The Raffineur is a five-story apartment complex with a total of 18 apartments and 2 maisonettes. Via the elevator, you reach the two-room apartment on the fourth floor. The property is oriented to the west, offering a beautiful view of the green garden surrounding the building. Your private outdoor area lies to the west; here you can enjoy the afternoon and evening sun. The Butter Factory dates back to 1881 and is one of the oldest factories in Nijmegen. It is currently undergoing a complete revitalization, while preserving its cultural-historical value alongside fresh, contemporary new buildings. In the old Butter Factory, 25 unique apartments will emerge, some with a ceiling height of up to 4 meters! In the five new residential buildings, we will create 9 homes and 80 apartments.
