De Walskamer is a six-story apartment complex with a total of 20 apartments and 2 maisonettes. From the central hall, you can access the three-room corner apartment on the ground floor. The apartment is oriented in two directions, allowing your living room to benefit from daylight on two sides and offering a beautiful view of the green garden surrounding the building. Thanks to the large glass facade in the living room, the inside and outside almost seamlessly blend together. The private outdoor area faces south – an ideal spot for sun lovers. The Boterfabriek dates back to 1881 and is one of the oldest factories in Nijmegen. The Boterfabriek is undergoing a complete revitalization, preserving its cultural and historical value while adding fresh, contemporary new construction.
