De Raffineur is a five-story apartment complex with a total of 18 apartments and 2 maisonettes. From the central hall, you have access to the three-room corner apartment on the ground floor via the corridor. The apartment is oriented on two sides, allowing your living room to benefit from daylight on both sides and offering a beautiful view of the green garden surrounding the building. Thanks to the large glass facade in the living room, the indoors and outdoors almost seamlessly blend together. The private outdoor space faces east – ideal for a quiet morning with a cup of coffee in the sun. The Boterfabriek dates back to 1881 and is one of the oldest factories in Nijmegen. It is currently undergoing a complete revitalization, preserving its cultural-historical value while adding fresh, contemporary new construction.
