Bright and spacious apartment in the center of Amsterdam (Weesperbuurt), on the 3rd floor with elevator. Windows facing west overlook a quiet inner garden, no traffic noise. You share the apartment with me (working, social) and have access to all amenities: * Bathroom with washer-dryer combination * Kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, gas stove with double oven * Covered balcony * Storage on the ground floor for some storage The room is 14 m², has good blackout pleated curtains, and there is a wardrobe, desk, and chair (can stay or be removed). Location: between metro stations Waterlooplein and Weesperplein – just a few minutes to Amstel or Central Station. Magere Brug around the corner, Artis and the Hortus nearby, and several supermarkets within walking distance (AH, Jumbo, EcoPlaza). I also live here and am looking for someone with whom it's pleasant and relaxed to live together with respect for each other's space. 🌈 The room is available immediately.
