Hello! My name is Bruce and I am 20 years old. I will be studying in France for my minor for 1 semester. Therefore, I am looking for someone who can take over my room during this time. Offered: a room of 13m2 in a new student house (3 students - 3 rooms). The house (130m2 in total) is situated in the Moerwijk district, close to Zuiderpark. Very well accessible with bus and tram (line 9). The street is quiet and peaceful. Besides the room you have access to a big living room, bathroom and a front and back garden. The room will be let with furniture. The costs are 635 euro per month. All inclusive. Gas/water/electricity and internet. Please mind: this house is only for students who are gay or are gay friendly. At the moment there are two tenants. The room is available as of mid August, open for discussion.
