Vesteda is letting 39 spacious single-family homes in Oosterhout's new-build project 'Onder de Linden', newly built in 2020. The houses are located in the Slotjes district at the streets Loevensteinlaan, Baron van Hallstraat and Thorbeckestraat near the Wilheminakanaal. The Slotjes East district is characterized by new construction that has replaced existing flats. The spacious houses all have 3 bedrooms and spacious attic, a kitchen with all the necessary luxury appliances and a bathroom with a second toilet and shower cabin. Heating is by means of an individual heat pump. This means that these homes are not connected to gas and therefore meet the latest requirements in the field of energy performance and sustainability. The center of Oosterhout can be reached in about 5 minutes by car and it takes about 10 minutes by bike. In the neighbourhood are various shops and a main connection to the highway.
