Hey room seeker! Have you always wanted to live in the center of Haarlem with the city as your backyard? Then this is your chance! This room will be available from July 1st in our beautiful large city house on Nassaulaan. The room is approximately 12 square meters, has a high ceiling and a large window overlooking the street. The laminate floor is in good condition and will remain. On this floor, there is a bathroom that will be shared with a male resident. There is also a kitchen available, which is currently shared with the same resident. One floor down is access to the roof terrace of 50 square meters! We live with 2 ladies and two gentlemen, the ladies share the first floor with their own kitchen and bathroom, and the gentlemen share the 3rd floor with their own kitchen and bathroom. We enjoy socializing, but see peace as a priority. We all have full-time jobs and/or study, so we are looking for a self-sufficient person who fits this description. We also enjoy having dinner together occasionally or enjoying drinks on the terrace in the summer! The costs for this room are around €550, which is really a bargain for the location. The deposit is 1 month's rent for the room.
