Our 18-storey skyscraper within walking distance of the city centre! 270 students of University College Groningen call this beautiful building their home. In Libertas, the rooms have their own bathroom, and you live in a unit with 7 or 8 fellow residents (mixed genders). You share the kitchen with your fellow residents, so you can have a nice chat and eat or have a drink together. The location of Libertas is ideal. The city centre is within walking distance and the most famous supermarkets such as Albert Heijn, Jumbo and Amazing Oriental are also within walking distance. On a sultry summer day, you can easily cool off at the Hoornseplas, one of the most famous city beaches in Groningen. Or dive into one of the most beautiful outdoor swimming pools in Europe, the Papiermolen! Plan to cycle to Central Station in 10 minutes and easily take the bus or train.
