Hello everyone, My name is Chris (31), and I am renting out a room in my house. Since I am often not at home due to work, I find it nice that the house is still occupied. The room I am offering has its own balcony. The living room, kitchen, and bathroom are shared. I am looking for a quiet and tidy person. Occasionally doing something social together on a Friday evening or during the weekend is nice, but it is certainly not a must. The room is ideal for an (exchange) student, young professional, or expat. You will receive a rental contract for 3 months, and if it suits both parties, we can extend it for another 3 months.
