Currently, we live with 2 guys and 4 girls, and we are looking for the seventh housemate. We enjoy doing things together such as grabbing a drink in the city, watching movies, or playing games. We also share a washing machine and dishwasher, 3 showers, 3 toilets, a kitchen with a large dining table, and a large balcony. There is a tram stop where tram 2, 3, 4, and 6 are just a stone's throw away, and you can reach the central station in 5 minutes by bike and the Grote Markt in 5 minutes on foot. Note! Because you have your own house number, you are eligible for housing subsidy. The rent mentioned in this ad does not include the housing subsidy.
