Temporary room (sublet) immediately until August 31 at the Kijkduinstraat, Bos & Lommer. €850 per month all incl. Registration is not possible. The room (11m2) is located in a nice apartment on the 2nd floor, with patio doors to a balcony. Westerpark and Erasmuspark just 5 minutes by bike, Central Station 15 minutes, Albert Heijn and cafes around the corner. The room is located on a quiet courtyard, with nice balcony all along the back of the house. Shared living room, smart TV with Netflix and everything else. Rent is €850 per month incl gas, water, electricity and internet. Deposit is €500. I am looking for someone who works/studies themselves, is relaxed, and does not organize after parties at home.
