Groningen - Room - 16m²

(Sorry no internationals) We are a house with 3 girls (4 in total) Kim (22), Inge (23) & Daphna (20). We are a close-knit house and are looking for a girl who loves sociability, but can also be serious. We try to have a house night once a week/every other week, are very close-knit and are therefore looking for an involved housemate. We think it's important to do things together, but because we all have our own lives and are already a bit further along in our studies we unfortunately also have to get serious sometimes. The room is about 16 m2 and costs around €450 p/m incl GWL. In terms of cleaning we fortunately do not have much to do, because every week there is a cleaner for the common areas! (This is included in the rent) We have a large roof terrace where we have drinks or BBQs until late in the summer. In terms of location, our house is perfectly located because the Noorderplantsoen is around the corner, the bus and train to the main station/Zernike as well. The Jumbo, Lidl, Appie & Kruidvat are within walking distance + you are in the city within 5 minutes! So we are definitely not averse to a night out!
