Stek West is located in the former SPDC building in Oud-West on Tweede Constantijn Huygensstraat 39. It consists of 90 studios and a common area, with 68 studios for young people aged from 23 to 27 years. The remaining 22 are for young status holders. All residents are part of a community, committing at least one hour per week to community activities. The studios have their own bathroom and kitchen equipped with appliances (fridge with freezer, combi-oven, hood, and ceramic hob). The walls are wallpapered and painted, and floors are laid. The selection will be based on motivation, with candidates invited to fill out an online motivation questionnaire after the ad closes.
