Groningen - Room - 25m²

Hi, I'm Laura, and I'm looking for a female roommate starting September 2025. The apartment and room are fully furnished and come with wifi, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a balcony, and an oven. It’s located in the heart of the city on the third floor and has windows in the ceiling, allowing for lots of natural lighting. The whole building was remodeled in 2021 and is very modern, as is the style of the apartment. The apartment consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room, a kitchen, and a small storage room for suitcases and boxes. I’m specifically looking for a female roommate, as it’s just the two of us in the apartment. It could be a student who will stay in the city for a couple of years, possibly longer than me, as the rent contract is indefinite. The utilities are all included, aside from the annual water and trash tax. I’m pretty social (when I want to be), like cooking and bartending while listening to music, and I enjoy being home. I wouldn’t mind sharing meals together or cooking together, or doing other fun activities. I have lived in the apartment for two years now and still love it. It’s cozy, clean, and perfect for a student. As the place is a relatively small apartment, and most spaces are shared, I would really like to have a good relationship with my future roommate. I’m preferably looking for someone who is not a party girl (the occasional party is fine, of course :) ) and possibly has similar interests to me. As an art history student, I’m interested in art, music, and bartending. I love dancing and enjoy a good shopping trip (especially if it includes cappuccinos and a stop at the bookstore). I spent my time studying in the living room at the dining table, but I also spent a lot of time in my room watching movies and TV shows. I’m a pretty quiet and clean roommate, and expect that my new roommate respects that and also keeps the common places clean and organized. Until recently, I have lived with a friend of mine who is now moving into her own space, which is why I am looking for a new roommate. I’d love to get to know you first, so I can get a feel for whether we are compatible so a nice message about who you are, what you like, and what you do would be great. I would also prefer a video call to get to know you better.
