Rotterdam - Room - 20m²

We are Julia (27) and Nina (28) looking for a fun new roommate for our cozy house in Rotterdam-Noord (Bergpolder). We live in a 93m2 apartment, with a spacious living room, balcony, and two bathrooms on the 4th floor. The apartment is a 10-minute bike ride from Rotterdam Central, five minutes from Vroesenpark (great in the summer), and close to the highway entrance. We are looking for a friendly person of similar age (m/f/x) who is also working. We both have our own lives but maintain a close-knit home, enjoying monthly outings, occasionally cooking together, and mainly just catching up. Your bedroom is 20m2.
