Cozy house is looking for a housemate. Located in picturesque Oude Noorden, on the second floor of Woelwijkstraat, there is a wonderful student room. And we're not exaggerating. We have, in addition to the usual nice housemates (3 males, 2 females, and you), a room of 24 square meters, with a large window facing south and a built-in bar (what more could you want!). The photos tell the rest. The bathroom is shared with 2 housemates. The kitchen and toilet are shared with 1 housemate. The university is a 15-minute bike ride away. The central station can be reached in 5 to 10 minutes by bike and the center is also 5 to 10 minutes away. Are you more of a public transport person? No problem, tram 7 stops at the door and goes towards EUR/Central Station. Trams 8 and 4 are also within walking distance (central station). We are all in the final stages of our studies or have started working, but we certainly enjoy having dinner together from time to time or having a nice beer at our local pub.
