The house has 3 luxury rooms rented out to 3 people. The room is located on the first floor. Each room is unique. All room occupants have their own shower, toilet, and kitchen. The kitchen is separate from the bedroom. It is possible to place your own washing machine and refrigerator in your own room. Rooms are rented out furnished. The rent includes gas, electricity, water, and wifi on a monthly basis. There is camera security at the front and back of the house. Smoking and pets are not allowed.
