Roommate wanted! (M/25+) Per August 05, 2025 a room will become available (indefinitely) in our house at Weteringschans 137 in Amsterdam. It is a room of +- 11m2. Kitchen and bathroom you share with your roommates. In total we live with 7 people in a very cozy house spread over 4 floors, also the house has 2 roof terraces. It is an old mansion with lots of character (which means that it needs some love here and there in terms of maintenance/state). We are all working people with our own lives, but we are sometimes nice to each other. We also have a sweet cat, Kees. Monday 21/07 we have a kind of hospiteer evening so if you are interested keep that evening free! We are a mixed house so to keep the balance we are looking for a male/x roommate. The Rijksmuseum and the north-south line (stop Vijzelgracht) is around the corner and Leidseplein, Museumplein and De Pijp are within walking distance. The rent of the room is €538,56 all incl. per month. Deposit: €1004,42. (p.s. the pictures are from a year ago, meanwhile one wall is red, the state of the rest of the room is the same)
