Groningen - Room - 12m²

Dear room seekers! (No internationals) From September 1 (you can move into the room a little earlier) until January 31, this beautiful room on Prinsesseweg in Groningen is available for subletting. The room is 12m2 and has its own sink, and the furniture like the bed, bookcases, closet, desk and TV will stay. The rent is €350 including per month. You will be living in a mixed house with 4 other roommates (1M/3V), who are all at the end of their bachelor's or early master's, and so we are looking for someone who is in the same phase. You share the kitchen with two others, and the garden, shower and toilet with everyone else. We all have our own lives, but we do like to catch up once in a while, for example in our garden or in the kitchen, or occasionally do something together. Our house is less than 10 minutes from Zernike and about 5 minutes from downtown by bike. You can easily walk to the Noorderplantsoen and the Jumbo is also around the corner!
