Groningen - Room - 26m²

(Registration NOT possible, no internationals) Hi room seeking girls 20+, This September there will be a temporary room available (earlier on request) in Moes House, until January. You will live together with three lovely girls who are all a bit further in their studies. Together we share a spacious living room and kitchen with a balcony and a shared bathroom. The room that temporarily becomes available is in the attic and is very spacious, about 26 m2. We like to talk or eat together and occasionally have a party but otherwise have no fixed obligations. Our house is located on Moesstraat, which is about a 10 minute bike ride to both the city and Zernike and the Noorderplantsoen is within walking distance. Furthermore, shopping center Selwerd is just one street away as well as Groningen north station. We also have a shared courtyard/garden with our neighbors. Handy to know is that the dog of my mother's roommate will stay with us for a few weeks from September, so keep this in mind. The rent is €450 inclusive per month, so registration is not possible.
