Eindhoven - Room - 9m²

Dear future housemate, Currently, we have 2 gentlemen and 4 ladies living in our student house, one of the ladies is leaving, and another lady will leave for half a year. Therefore, we are looking for a new friendly housemate! Two rooms will become available, one room for an indefinite period and the other for subletting. The first room is approximately 9m² with a private sink and is available for an indefinite period. The second room is about 16m², also with a private sink, available for subletting. Furthermore, you will share a kitchen, bathroom, toilet, and a lovely rooftop terrace with 5 other housemates. The rent will be €375 and €415 including utilities. Everyone in our house does their own thing, but we regularly eat together or have a drink that sometimes ends up at Stratumseind! :) The house has an ideal location with TU/e and the city center just 10 minutes by bike and an Albert Heijn and train station within walking distance. Additionally, our house is located next to the new Strijp-S where fun activities take place regularly. Do you see yourself living here?
