House of Rivva is looking for a new roommate! (V, 20+ sorry no internationals) Dear girls looking for a room, because 1 of our roommates is leaving us we are looking for a new roommate from September 1 (earlier on request). The room is available indefinitely. The room is about 11 m2 and costs €336 p / m (including g / w / l). A small amount for the washing machine will be added to the rent. You will live together with 1 girl and 2 boys, all between 20 and 23, with whom you share the kitchen, bathroom, toilet, balcony and large garden. Our house is in the Rivierenbuurt, so with 10 minutes walk you are at the station and within 7 minutes by bike you are in the city center. Also the plus is in our street. We would like to make it a more active house so we are also looking for someone who is open to this! We do try to have a house night as often as possible, preferably with a drink in our garden of course. We also find it important that our new housemate has already built her own life in Groningen.
