The occupant of this room shares the kitchen/bathroom/laundry room and separate toilet with one female person. Heating through central heating. Costs for utilities (gas, water, electricity): 65,- EURO. Very atmospheric room in an old mansion with high ceilings and original details. The house also has an upper-floor apartment with its own entrance and facilities. However, the main entrance/door and hallway are shared with her (female person). Therefore, preference is given to a female housemate. Note: Room is available for only 3 months!
