Groningen - Room - 12m²

Best room seekers! From September 1st (you can already move in earlier) until January 31st, this beautiful room on Prinsesseweg in Groningen is available for subletting. The room is 12m2 and has a private sink, and the furniture such as the bed, bookshelves, wardrobe, desk, and TV will remain. The rent is €350 including everything per month. You will live in a mixed house with 4 other housemates (1M/3F), all of whom are at the end of their bachelor or beginning of their Master's, so we are looking for someone in the same phase. You share the kitchen with two others, and the garden, shower, and toilet with everyone. We all have our own lives, but we find it nice to chat occasionally, for example in our garden or in the kitchen, or do something together every now and then. Our house is less than 10 minutes from Zernike and about 5 minutes from the city center by bike. You can walk to the Noorderplantsoen and the Jumbo is also around the corner!
