Two rooms available in the heart of Apeldoorn! Starting mid-August, two nice rooms become available on Mariastraat, right in the center and within a 5-minute walk from Apeldoorn station, the supermarket & Saxion. You will live in a cozy, safe, and mixed student house with 2 girls and 2 boys, aged between 19 and 27 years. We are a nice mix of responsible, open, social, and always up for a spontaneous coffee moment or a drink on the rooftop terrace. The rooms: Both approx. 20 m² Room 1 has a French balcony and a sloping roof Room 2 has no sloping roof Rent: approx. €400 per month (including utilities, washing machine, dishwasher & TV) Internet: €12 per month Large rooftop terrace (shared with other students, perfect to meet new people in the summer!). Two bathrooms, two toilets, and a shared kitchen. We rent through housing corporation Ons Huis. Important: You must be a full-time student and not older than 24 years.
