Dear tenants, As of 08-01-2025, a spacious, renovated room is available in the Overvecht district. There is a bathroom with a toilet and a separate kitchen (with refrigerator) where you can cook using an electric cooker. The room itself is +/- 19 square meters. Bathroom and kitchen +/- 3.50 square meters. Price includes gas, water, electricity, and internet. Please note the deposit is 500 euros.
