A fully furnished 20 m² room is available for a temporary stay in the heart of Amsterdam, strictly from the 18th of July till the 18th of August — no extensions possible. The total price of the period is 1000,- all included. It’s ideal if you’re looking for a short-term place to stay or need a temporary base while searching for a more permanent home in the city. The room is spacious, bright, and recently renovated. It comes with a single bed, desk, chair, sink and closet. With a wooden floor and a sunny south-facing balcony, it’s a comfortable and peaceful space to relax. The apartment is located in one of Amsterdam’s safest areas, right on the edge of the Jordaan and Westerpark. Public transport stops directly in front of the building, making it easy to get around. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a washing machine. There is no shared living room. During your stay, the family who normally lives in the apartment (two adults and two children) will be on holiday, so you’ll be sharing the space only with two other international women, aged 24 and 38, from Germany and France. We’re looking for a calm, responsible woman/girl who is working fulltime or seriously busy with her studies/internship who values a clean and quiet home. This is not a party house — socializing is welcome, but parties should happen elsewhere. Couples are not accepted. Since the room is fully furnished, you’ll only need to bring your clothes — everything else is already there to make your stay comfortable.
