"The Center", a brand new student residence located just a few minutes from NHL Stenden Campus and the center of Emmen. From August 15 (if renovation is completed), no less than 27 independent studios will be available, each equipped with a private kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen includes an electric hob, sink, built-in fridge, and ample storage space. The bathroom features a walk-in shower, wall-mounted toilet, sink with mixer tap, designer radiator, and a top cabinet with mirror. The independent studios on the ground floor and the first floor are fully furnished; those on the second floor are fully furnished. Each floor offers a shared living room with a spacious kitchen and seating area. The complex has laundry rooms equipped with washing machines and dryers, a secure bike storage area, private parking, and a large outdoor terrace. In total, five types will be available, which can be seen in the floor plans. Type A: approximately 28 m2, the basic rent is €635 per month. Type B: approximately 27 m2, the basic rent is €635 per month. Type C: approximately 24 m2, the basic rent is €620 per month. Type D: approximately 23 m2, the basic rent is €615 per month.
