Studio to rent

"Het Centrum", a brand new student residence located just a few minutes from NHL Stenden Campus and the center of Emmen. From August 15 (if construction is finished), there will be 27 independent studios available, each equipped with a private kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen includes an electric stove, sink, built-in fridge, and sufficient storage space. The bathroom features a walk-in shower, hanging toilet, sink with faucet, design radiator, and a cabinet with mirror. The studios on the ground and first floors are fully upholstered, while those on the second floor are fully furnished. Each floor offers a communal living room with a spacious kitchen and seating area. The complex has laundry rooms equipped with washers and dryers, a secure bike storage, private parking, and a large outdoor terrace. Overall, there are five types available, which can be seen on the floor plans.
