"Het Centrum", a brand new student residence located just minutes from NHL Stenden Campus and the center of Emmen. Starting August 15 (if construction is finished), a total of 27 independent studios will be available, each equipped with its own kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen includes an electric hob, sink, built-in refrigerator, and sufficient storage space. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, hanging toilet, sink with mixer tap, designer radiator, and an upper cabinet with mirror. The independent studios on the ground and first floor are fully upholstered, while those on the second floor are fully furnished. Each floor offers a communal living room with a spacious kitchen and seating area. The complex has laundry rooms equipped with washing machines and dryers, secured bicycle storage, private parking, and a spacious outdoor terrace. There are five types available, as shown on the floor plans. Type A: approx. 28 m2, the basic rent is €635 per month. Type B: approx. 27 m2, the basic rent is €635 per month. Type C: approx. 24 m2, the basic rent is €620 per month. Type D: approx. 23 m2, the basic rent is €615 per month. Type E: approx. 21 m2, the basic rent is €580 per month. NOTE! Rental allowance for this housing is possible from the age of 23.
