Utrecht - Room - 8m²

I am looking for a tenant starting August 1st! You will live with me (Nienke, 31 years old, working in Utrecht) and my dog Lexi (room contract - initially 9 months trial period). I am looking for an adult, working housemate (female or man 26+, affinity with dogs is a must!). It’s a bonus if you occasionally work from home and can do something for the fluff ball. I will be traveling from November to February. This means that the other bedroom will be sublet during that period. Of course, you have a say in who temporarily comes to live there :). The apartment is located around the corner from Smaragdplein. You have your own bedroom of 8m2, and you share the spacious 74m2 apartment and a lovely sunny balcony (from late morning until sunset). The rent is €850 including everything. Given the limited space in your bedroom, there’s always something to discuss to create more storage space for you. Please send a message if interested.
