Groningen - Room - 18m²

💛 Roommate wanted (V 21+, Dutch) 💛 Hii room seeking girls! We are looking for a cozy new roommate (V, 21+) for our nice house at the Gorechtkade! On September 1, a room becomes available for an indefinite period of time: - 18 m^2 unfurnished - €440 (incl./w/l, internet and washing machine) You will live with two girls (22) who are both towards the end of their studies. From January, our third roommate (24) will return from her minor abroad. We live in an apartment, where our doors are always open and we walk in on each other a lot. Someone is also often home on weekends. The house has a bathroom and kitchen that the four of us share, we also have a very nice balcony where we like to sit and socialize. For the rest we are a tidy and clean house and we have a cleaning schedule. With the roommates who are home we almost always have dinner together. We also do sports together and we organize a Christmas dinner every year. We are looking for someone who is more advanced in her studies, has her own life in Groningen, but also likes to live in a house where you have a lot of contact with each other.
