Groningen - Room - 14m²

Room for rent in Spicastraat, Groningen. We, Huize Spica, are looking for a new housemate from mid July/August (negotiable). You will get the bedroom on the garden side. We share a kitchen, bathroom, wc, and garden. The location is great, just a few minutes to Zernike Campus and 10 minutes to the center. We live with 2 girls (24 and 25 years) and 1 boy (25 years), and our preference goes to a girl, preferably someone further in their studies. We often eat together and sometimes try to organize a house evening. Friends often come over for dinner and stay regularly. It's always cozy here! We have a cat named Spike who is 16 years old.
