Roommate wanted! Per mid-August (exact date to be discussed) a room (c.a. 12 m^2) will become available in our spacious apartment on the Van Leijenberghlaan. We now live with three working women and would love it if our new roommate is also in this phase. About the house: * Location Amsterdam Buitenveldert, near station Zuid (7 min cycling, 15 min walking), Jumbo and shopping center Gelderlandplein within walking distance * Large communal living room * Separate kitchen with dishwasher and microwave * Bathroom with bath, shower and double sink * Laundry room with washing machine (7 euros per month on top of the rent) * Storage (for bikes and other stuff) * Lots of parking around the house (parking permit can be requested, parking is free on weekends and weekdays from 19:00) About the room: * c.a. 12 m^2 * 746,32 euro per month (incl. gas/water/lighting/internet → subject to possible rising energy costs) * One time deposit (+ / - 1400 euro) * One-time fee contract amendment (+ / - 150 euros) * Available from mid-August, for an indefinite period Requirements: * You can prove that you have sufficient income to pay the rent OR you can provide a guarantor. * Registration at the address is required (you will be listed as a co-tenant on the contract). * **You can come by for hospiteren on Monday, July 21 at 7:30 p.m.**
