The house is conveniently located near a beautiful park, a 5-minute walk to the shopping center, and the bus stops at the door. You can reach Utrecht Central Station within 12 minutes by bike, just far enough from the hustle and bustle. There is also a parking garage where you can park your car plus a bicycle shed. The house is PERFECTLY equipped with a large bathroom and a separate toilet (shared with 1 person). The room is available indefinitely and is available immediately.
