Rotterdam - Room - 11m²

Hello tenant seekers! I am going abroad for a month and therefore I am offering my room for rent during this period. It is a nice room in a quiet house, shared with three others. The housemates are all around 26 years old and are close to finishing their studies. Since everyone is busy during the weekdays, it will be quiet from Monday to Friday, but meals will definitely be shared and we might play games or watch a series together in the evenings. The living room is very large for four people and there is a big garden of 80 m² for when the weather is nice. Since I am only going away for a short time, I will leave the furniture standing. Of course, I will empty my cupboards for you. The room is 11 m² with a door to the garden. The price for the room is 800 euros per month, including gas/water/electricity. It takes about 10 minutes by bike or tram to Rotterdam Central and it's a 3-minute walk to the nearest metro station.
