This listing is for a room in our house on Weteringkade 41. Starting from August 1, we are looking for a new housemate (male/female). We are looking for someone who is currently in the master's or PhD stage—someone with a work contract unfortunately cannot take part due to rental contract conditions. We currently live with five men aged 26 to 30. The house is super centrally located: 5 minutes walking from Holland Spoor station and 15 minutes from Den Haag Central. There is a large garden, a well-equipped kitchen, and a cellar with a pool table and storage space. During the day it is often quiet as everyone is working, but there is a cozy and social atmosphere.
