Rotterdam - Studio

Studio available in Kralingen from August 29th to October 25th, 2025. The studio will be furnished, including gas/water/electricity/internet, and is available for sublease. The area is approximately 43 m², with some cabinets that will be emptied and can be filled/used. A very complete kitchen is available, with kitchen utensils that may be used. Costs: €1000 per month and a €250 deposit to be transferred before the lease term. A contract will be drawn up upon agreement. I live here myself with great pleasure, close to Kralingse Bos, Rozenburg park, and nice cafes/coffee shops nearby. It is quite peaceful here compared to the rest of the city. Because I am going to do a yoga teacher training abroad (Nepal), my nice place is temporarily available.
