Nature lover? Then De Warande is just the place for you. Located in a beautiful, quiet and green area on the Utrecht side of Zeist, this building consists of two large L-shaped apartment buildings with eight floors each. You can do your daily shopping in the large shopping centre nearby, but if you’d feel more like heading downtown, you’ll reach the city centre in less than half an hour by bike. The Utrecht Science Park is just a fifteen-minute bike ride away and if you don’t feel like cycling, you can rest your legs using the (night) bus connection to make your way around! Fun fact: De Warande has its own bar: De Wombat. A great place to enjoy a drink with your fellow housemates, or have fun at one of the regularly organized parties. Feel like some fresh air? There’s an amazing forest just a stone’s throw away: the perfect spot for a nice afternoon walk!
