Room to rent

My daughter is abroad for work for a few months, and her room is now empty – a waste in this housing market. Therefore, I am renting out her furnished room for about 3 months to someone looking for a nice, quiet place. What do you get? A bright and cozy room, fully furnished with: a bed, a TV, sufficient storage space. Shared facilities such as: a shower, a cozy kitchen. A warm atmosphere in the house, as I (female, 43) also live there – together with my lovely dog. Practical: Available immediately for approximately 3 months. Rent: €550 per month. Additional costs: €150 per month (including gas, water, electricity, internet). Who are we looking for? A calm and tidy person looking for temporary accommodation, and someone who enjoys living in a homely atmosphere. Preferably someone who doesn't mind there is a dog in the house (she is very friendly). Location: Pijnacker near Delft and the metro to The Hague and Rotterdam.
